Anchor Haven Home Care

What families say

We would rather show you an empty page than a page of invented praise.

No testimonials here yet

Anchor Haven is a new agency. As the first families finish their first months with us and are willing to say something publicly, their words will appear on this page, with their permission and under their own names.

Until then, this space stays empty on purpose. A brand new home care agency with a wall of glowing quotes should make you suspicious, not reassured.

What you can hold us to instead

Until there are reviews to read, judge us on the things that are true from day one and that you can check.

We will tell you when we are the wrong answer

If what your family needs is personal care or skilled nursing, we will say so on the first call and refer you to a licensed provider, even though that means we do not get the work.

Nothing starts without it being in writing

A written service agreement listing the tasks, the schedule and the hourly rate, signed by you before the first visit. No charge appears on an invoice that was not disclosed to you in advance.

You can complain without consequences

Complaints go to the Administrator, get acknowledged, and get a documented resolution. No client will ever have services reduced, delayed or ended because they raised a concern. You can also contact AHCA directly, and we will tell you that rather than hope you forget it.

Every visit leaves a record

Date, time in, time out, tasks performed and factual observations. Ask to see your file and we will show you.

Already working with us?

If we have helped your family and you are willing to say so publicly, we would be grateful. Email [email protected] or call the office on 800-813-3251.

We will always ask your permission in writing before publishing anything, we will show you the wording first, and we will take it down the moment you ask.

Something went wrong?

Tell us that too, and tell us first. The Administrator handles every complaint personally and you will get a documented answer.

Call 800-813-3251, email [email protected], or raise it with any member of staff.

If you are not satisfied with how we resolve it, you have the right to contact the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the agency that regulates us.

Judge us on the first phone call

It costs nothing and it will tell you more about us than any quote on a website would.
