Everything here describes the non-medical companion and homemaker services that Anchor Haven Home Care is registered to provide. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a clinical opinion, or a substitute for speaking to a doctor, a nurse or another licensed professional.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Do not use a web form to report an emergency.

What we are registered to do

Anchor Haven Home Care is a Homemaker and Companion Services provider regulated by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration under s. 400.509, F.S.. We do not provide hands-on personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, nursing, skilled care, therapy, or the administration or handling of medications. Nothing on this website should be read as offering those services.

Services begin with a signed agreement

Submitting a form does not create a care relationship and does not oblige either of us to anything. Care begins only after an intake determination, a home visit, and a written service agreement signed by the client or their authorized representative. That agreement, not this website, sets out the services, the schedule, the rates and the payment terms.

Rates shown here

We do not publish rates on this site, because they depend on the schedule and the county. Any figure quoted to you is disclosed in writing in your service agreement before services begin.

Using the site

• Please do not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.
• Please do not use the forms for spam, or attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
• Please do not send confidential medical details through a web form. Call us instead.

We may decline or remove submissions that appear automated or abusive.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and consistent with our registered scope, and we review it periodically. If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.

The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to Anchor Haven Home Care. Where we link to an outside organisation, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
